The client saw owners losing time and trust by switching between a booking tool and a separate shop, and asked us to merge care and commerce into one dependable product.
02The Perspective
We treated the pet, not the order, as the centre of the experience, so every booking, reorder, and reminder flows from a profile the owner sets up once.

The brand now runs services and a storefront from a single backend, giving owners a seamless app-and-web journey and staff a clear view of every visit and parcel.

Care bookings and a full storefront share one backend. A pet profile is created once and carries its visit history, cart and orders across the app, the website and the staff dashboard.
We built a full-stack platform on one shared backend that powers an admin panel, a marketing-and-shop website, and a native-feeling mobile app. Owners create pet profiles once, then book services and shop products from any surface with their cart, orders, and visit history always in sync. Staff manage bookings, inventory, and fulfilment from a single dashboard, while AWS and Firebase keep notifications, media, and data fast and reliable.
Pet owners were juggling separate tools to book grooming and sitting visits, track their pets' needs, and reorder food and supplies. Our client wanted one trusted place where care bookings and a pet store lived side by side, backed by a single system staff could actually run. The hard part was tying real-time scheduling, pet records, and a full storefront together without the experience feeling fragmented across phone and browser.
