01Why We Built It
The client wanted to replace phone calls and spreadsheets with a single trusted marketplace where vehicles could be traded and serviced through one connected system.
02The Perspective
We designed around three distinct users, a moderating admin, a casual buyer or seller, and a workshop manager, so each surface fit how that person actually works.

A unified platform now keeps listings, enquiries, and service bookings in sync across web and mobile, giving the team one source of truth and far less manual follow-up.

Vehicle listings and workshop bookings in one place. Buyers compare and enquire, sellers post and manage stock, and the dealer's service diary sits on the same backend as the marketplace.
We built a full-stack platform on a single Node.js and MongoDB backend, with a React admin console, a responsive website, and a Firebase-backed mobile app for iOS and Android. Sellers post vehicles, buyers browse and enquire, and owners book servicing from any surface, while admins moderate listings and manage dealers from one console. Live sync, push notifications, and a shared catalogue keep inventory, enquiries, and bookings consistent across all three surfaces.
Buyers, sellers, and dealers were juggling scattered listings, phone calls, and paper logs to trade vehicles and arrange servicing, with no single trusted place to compare cars or book a workshop slot. The client needed one shared backend powering an admin panel, a public website, and a mobile app so every party saw the same inventory, pricing, and booking status in real time. Manual moderation and fragmented data made it hard to keep listings genuine or to track service appointments end to end.
