AnalyticsHub
A self-serve analytics SaaS turning raw event data into live, actionable dashboards.
AnalyticsHubFrom challenge to solution.
Scattered tools, manual work, no way to scale.
Product data and core workflows lived across disconnected tools and slow manual processes. The team needed a true multi-tenant SaaS — one that could onboard customers self-serve, bill them automatically, and scale to thousands of accounts without the codebase buckling.
One multi-tenant platform, shipped end to end.
We designed and engineered the platform end-to-end — a multi-tenant core, self-serve onboarding, subscription billing, role-based access, and a real-time dashboard layer — shipped as working software every sprint and handed over with full ownership of code and infrastructure.
The modules that make it a real product.
Every layer a real SaaS needs — dashboards, tenancy, billing, access, automation, and an open API — built and shipped as one system.
01Real-Time Dashboards
Live metrics and custom reports that turn raw events into decisions in seconds — no spreadsheets, no waiting.
02Multi-Tenant Workspaces
Isolated, secure workspaces so every customer feels private while the product runs on one efficient platform.
03Subscription Billing
Plans, trials, proration, and recurring payments wired in from day one, so the product earns on its first signup.
04Role-Based Access
Granular permissions, teams, and organization hierarchies with audit-ready access at every layer.
05Alerts & Automation
Threshold alerts, scheduled reports, and triggers that run the product automatically while users sleep.
06Open API & Integrations
A documented, versioned API and prebuilt connectors so the platform fits neatly into any customer's stack.
Every surface, one system.
From idea to live tenants.
01Discovery & architecture
We settled the tenancy model, data isolation, and billing rules before a line of code — the decisions that are ruinous to change later.
02Design system
A component library and design tokens, so every new screen ships consistent and fast instead of being redrawn from scratch.
03Build in sprints
Working software every two weeks, deployed to a staging tenant you could click through and try to break.
04Harden & scale
Load tests, row-level security, and observability wired in before the first paying customer — not after the first outage.
05Launch & handover
Shipped to production with full ownership of code, infrastructure, and runbooks. No lock-in, no black box.
Built to scale
One codebase quietly serves thousands of isolated tenants — each one provisioned, scoped, and billed on its own. Onboarding the next thousand customers costs almost nothing, so the platform grows without the bill or the complexity growing with it.

Secure by design
Row-level isolation and role-based access are enforced in the data layer, never bolted onto the UI. Every query is scoped to its tenant by default, so one customer can't reach another's data even if the frontend has a bug.

Ships continuously
Working software lands every sprint, deployed to a real staging tenant you can click through and try to break. Nothing waits for a big-bang release — each cycle ends with progress you can actually use, not a status report.

Owned, not rented
You get full handover of the code, the infrastructure, and the runbooks that keep it running. No lock-in, no black box, no vendor tax — the platform is yours to operate, extend, and hand to any team you choose.

Built to carry weight.
Multi-tenancy
One codebase, isolated tenants — provisioned, scoped, and billed independently.
Security & RBAC
Row-level isolation and role-based access, enforced in the data layer, not just the UI.
Real-time data
A live dashboard layer that reflects the truth the instant it changes.
Observability
Metrics, tracing, and alerts from day one, so problems surface before customers do.
“Watching our own product data finally make sense in real time changed how we make decisions. The platform scaled past every milestone we set — and never once made us stop to rebuild.”

VP Product (Client)
Building SaaS, answered.
Isolation is enforced in the data layer, not just the UI. Every query is tenant-scoped, row-level security is on at the database, and the tenant id is derived from the session, never from anything the client can set. The UI is the last line, not the only one.
A real multi-tenant MVP with auth, billing, and a working core usually lands in 10–16 weeks. The spread is mostly integrations and how many roles the product needs on day one. You get a dated plan in week one and a clickable build every sprint.
Yes, entirely. Code, cloud accounts, CI, and runbooks are in your name from the first commit. Handover is a documented transfer, not a hostage negotiation — nothing runs on an account you can't access.
Usually on Stripe, with plans, proration, and usage metering wired to your entitlement logic on the backend — never trusted from the client. Failed payments, upgrades, and cancellations are handled as state your app owns, so support can fix a bad charge without a redeploy.
That's an architecture decision made in week one, not a rescue later. Tenant-aware indexing, connection pooling, and a read path that doesn't re-query the world are designed in from the start. Scaling then becomes turning a dial, not a rewrite.
